Aurora Realty Visuals was founded by Filip Bajazet with a simple mission: to help realtors across the Niagara Region present their listings with the visual impact they deserve.

With a passion for cinematic storytelling and an eye for architectural detail, Filip brings a filmmaker’s approach to real estate media. Every property has a story — our job is to tell it in a way that stops the scroll, captures attention, and drives action.

From professional HDR photography and drone aerials to cinematic walkthrough videos and social media reels, we offer a complete suite of media services designed to make your listings stand out in a competitive market.

Based in Niagara, we serve realtors across Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Thorold, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Grimsby, and surrounding areas. With a 12–24 hour turnaround on most services, we work on your timeline — not the other way around.

Getting Ready for Your Shoot

A little preparation goes a long way. Follow this checklist to ensure your property looks its absolute best on shoot day.

Declutter & Clean

Remove personal items, excess furniture, and clutter. Clean countertops, floors, and windows.

Set the Stage

Set the dining table, add fresh flowers, fluff pillows on the couch. Small touches make a big difference.

Perfect the Exterior

Mow the lawn, clear the driveway, and tidy up the front entrance. Move cars out for exterior and drone shots.

Lighting & Final Touches

Turn on all interior lights. Replace any burnt-out bulbs. Open blinds and curtains to let natural light in.
